Tekeurope Reviews

Purchased my used item on Ebay under the user DISPOSE_OF_IT

Then haggled to return due to damages listed in the description, then returned my device locked down and encrypted with Bitlocker and would not engage with my messages on ebay.

Even the damages they list are word for word in the listing description. If this is how you conduct business ignoring people and returning items in an unusable state then i will never conduct business with you again.

Awful interaction with this business stay well clear

Arrived very quickly. There was a supplier-related mix-up with the item, which upon reaching out they very swiftly identified and resolved, and provided a full refund. Excellent customer service and will happily order from them again in future if needed.

Reliable supplier. Very competitive price (included post and packing). Invoice/VAT supplied. Very well packed. Quick reliable delivery. Actual model supplied was in immaculate condition. Highly recommended.

Ordered 5:30pm and arrived 12:30 the next day.

Everywhere else was estimating 2-3 weeks delivery.

The part (laptop fan assembly) is working perfectly and saved me the cost of a new laptop.

What an absolute perfect service from Tekeurope. Order part yesterday and it came today. Well packed and working perfect. Well done and thank you !!!! A+++++

The online customer service team member, Jamie, dealt with me in an excellent prompt and kind manner. I will happily recommend TEKEUROPE to anyone who needs their products. A very good customer service decision from TEKEUROPE is to give the customer a staff member who oversees the whole process.

Among the best service, and especially relating to computer hardware, I've ever encountered. Super fast, super efficient, super knowledgeable staff members made everything so straightforward.

Can't recommend enough. Huge thank you to Neil Fawthrop for arranging everything.

These guys are very knowledgeable about their trade.
They are quick to respond to emails and post out parts.
Thank you for all your help.

First purchase from here. Paid for standard delivery, but was pleasantly surprised by next day despatch by Courier. Got it in hand in 2 days. Packaging was unexplainably awesome. So much of protection for such a small item that it cannot get damaged at all in transit.

Fitted the power button chipset on my Dell 3390 laptop and works like a charm.

Ordered a replacement laptop fan with free standard delivery. Dispatched the same day with tracking and arrived the next day! Excellent service!
