You can't contact them at all; they don't answer emails or calls. They send orders extremely late (as if they're getting them from somewhere else and sending them to you), and they send a completely point-to-point relay; your home address and everything else doesn't matter to them.
I was disabled, I had knee surgery, and while I couldn't leave the house, my order finally arrived 100m away ( I kept thinking it would definitely be the Chinese version). For someone who can only move on one leg, carrying the package was quite difficult; one foot wasn't touching the ground at all.In general, I made purchases from 3 Turkish sites (I assumed they were either Turkish or Kurdish). After a couple of purchases, they all resorted to cheating, but this was only the first time they did this. I will never make a second purchase from this site.I made the payment through this intermediary company (Klarna), their internal security is good. My advice is never buy from this site.I've been a seller for 12 years, and for the last 5 years I've been doing this online all the time. I wouldn't do this to anyone, I couldn't.
Edit 1 .You're still lying, my order was placed on April 2nd, but you sent out my order date was April 13th. And the address you gave is not my home address; it's Point Relay. The promotion is a good option for delivery, but sending it to a random location is ridiculous. If you walked all the way from Paris, you'd definitely get here in two weeks. That's just my analogy. You lost another star for sharing my information in response to this answer..

Edit 3. You know you're paying the price for your actions, right? By adding my information here, you're both humiliating yourself and inviting punishment. Your aim isn't to solve the problem, it's more about responding to more children (we have a term for this in our language: dogfight).But I don't think it will come out profitable.
