I was skeptical using a company I was unfamiliar with, but their price was good, and online reviews indicated they were trustworthy. Many companies turn their nose up, unnecessarily, at shipping to the Isle of Wight. TekShop247 shipped within hours, delivered within 2 days exceeding their own target by 2 days, and then provided prompt and efficient customer service when discussing and resolving a component the manufacturer left out the box. The goods otherwise were exactly as expected, and TekShop247 are certainly a company I would trust and use again.

Absolutely useless customer service. Order from Amazon instead. I’m still waiting for my item and there is no way I can contact the company and find out where it is.

Ordered a new gaming mouse (Roccatt burst pro air) Most other retailers had this around £80-90 and managed to find it at Tekshop247 for £53.99. Obviously skeptical but took the plunge, got my order confirmation and within 3-4 days i had the mouse. Great service throughout with updates regarding tracking, delivery times etc. I know there have been some people complaining they didnt receive anything, i would assume the issues lie with them and not tekshop as i had no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend and will be back to make future purchases

I ordered headphones for my son for his birthday, they were suppose to be delivered thr next day but did not arrive. I emailed Tekshop247.com and they were quick to inform me that the shipping company they used had a backlog and could not deliver for a couple of days. The head phones arrived a couple of days later a d my son is very happy with them. Thank You

The item was delivered the next day,[i think 11-99 was a bit expensive compared with other sites] and the item was well packed and very good quality. i would definitely order from them again.

Fast delivery, got everything as expected
Product works great - I ordered a computer monitor (extra wide) so was nervous about it being damaged, but it was in great condition
I paid for express delivery and it showed up within the time that I had paid for.

I was skeptical at first as I've never heard of the store outside of Trustpilot so I tried my luck. There was a specific monitor model here that I urgently needed that wasn't in stock anywhere else (Wex, SCAN, etc.)

The order was placed Saturday with Economy Shipping. They shipped over the weekend and delivered on Wednesday via Parcelforce. Very fast! Items were received in perfect condition as advertised.

Only feedback I have is I did not get the tracking number from TEKshop directly in their shipping e-mail. I only received it through Parcelforce SMS but didn't know what it was for, so they missed my delivery originally scheduled on Tuesday, otherwise I would've stayed at home and instruct the courier to contact me.

Overall great experience! :)

Ordered phone, paid for next day delivery, it arrived the next morning. Service delivered perfectly. Add to this that their price was the best I could find on the day and they have one happy customer in me.

Fast shipping, great deals

I was looking for a new coffee maker and decided on the Moccamaster. After Googling I found a great price on the Tekshop website. I placed my order and chose to pay extra for quick delivery. The difference was not a large amount. Before the end of the working day I received an email informing me the item had shipped. The coffee maker arrived the following morning, delivered by DHL, a very reputable carrier.
The item was well packaged and had not been previously opened. The Moccamaster is a great coffee maker; I highly recommend it.

I didn't get my item and they not got back to after I made a complaint and not given me a refund- do not use con!!!!! They did delivery to so some who was not me at the main door but there separated door for each flat. Didn't have my name on the signed bit or any one who lived there so it never got to me! still no refund and i request a call which i never got!!!in a block of flats of 7.

Don't waste your money use amzon never had a problem which them if some never turn up.

I read what they said and it rubbish they say they investigated and after it being clear I didn't sign for this and I never got a phone call didn't give a refund.

Asked for a refund but no response whatsoever so stuck with useless product.

Edit: They claim they've sent me a reply: but it's not possible to see any reply without an account linked to the order.

Perhaps this may have been an issue with my email as it has been full and I've had to clear it.

If you forward me your response to my email address as I haven't seen it yet I'd be happy to remove this review once My issue is dealt with. Until then j will keep my negative review.

Turns out you can't get a refund even if the product works fine. And if it does work fine they charge you 29.99, Send it back to you and you have to pay for the shipping to them in the first place. What a joke?!

That was the first time I bought a thing from this online shop. The price of the item was attractive. After I paid and placed the order I did not receive an email as I expected. I left a message to the team via the website and they called me back immediately to explain that it was a IT problem between their server and my email service provider. They confirmed my item would be on my hand on Monday and they did it.

I will buy from this shop again. Keep up the good work.

I had never heard of Tekshop247.com before placing my order for an LG TV. All I can say is first class service, great communication telling me it had been dispatched and I was given a delivery slot from DPD. So from placing the order to receiving the TV was less than 24 hours. Brilliant service and I will have no hesitation in using TEKshop247 again

Bought TV on Thursday arrived on Monday , Great Product Great price top service will definitely shop here again.
