Delivery by Chronopost
Delivery by Chronopost ! the worst company to use for delivery in France!
Delivery was supposed to be this morning & confirmed by SMS - Driver does not bother to call me on my cell phone!- just received an email waiting for my instructions and their web page oblige me to chose a pick up location at Chronopost, which is far away and not possible due to confinement!!, impossible to modify the instructions, I try to call the customer service many times and they don't answer & hang up on you !!!
Livraison Chronopost !! très mauvais service, le livreur Chronopost ne vous appel pas pour vous prévenir de descendre prendre le colis ou demander des instructions complémentaire!! la page web vous oblige a aller chercher le colis dans une agence Chronospot, ce qui n'est pas posisble due au confinement!! le service client n'est pas joignable par tel!!!
Je n'ai pas eu de problème avec des sociétés de livraison tels que UPS.
