I m a belgian living in Australia, meaning I speak French and English. I was looking for a couple of specific petzl lamps as a gift for christmas and these guys had them for an amazing deal including shipping. I asked them a question via email (in french) and I got a response within minutes, made my order, got a hand written email (not an automatic response) with my tracking number within minutes of the purchase and the package was sent the same day! I just received the lamps (very well package), it took them 12 days including week end to arrive in the middle of the Christmas rush! Very impressed with this website and the customer service, absolutely recommend!

Recently bought some carabiners and a Dog-bone from this shop.

There was a slight mistake with my order, however this mistake was extremely quickly taken care of in a more than desirable fashion.

This place is top notch! Ordered skiis and bindings from USA on 10th of Jan and received them on the 14th - super fast mounting and shipping. Prices were some of the lowest I could find anywhere. Packing was excellent as they wrapped the skiis and bindings in cardboard to protect within the shipping carton. I gave them my boot size and boots fit in bindings perfectly and they even set the DIN properly even though they advise to have adjusted. A++ - would buy from them again!

I will shop from them again. I ordered the Elderid OHMII but by mistake they send me the OHMI. After i send them an email and telling them that they made a mistake, their response was really fast. Not only they send me the OHMII but they also told me that i can keep the OHMI.

Ordered a Tent from them and there was some confusion due to DHL (it looked like DHL had delivered to a wrong address)

I emailed Susan from Telemark Pyrenees (who had contacted me about VAT - I live in the UK). I got a response in less than half an hour with a promise to contact DHL the next morning.

Thankfully we managed to track down this missing tent and no further action was needed. Still I appreciated the quick response.

I’d also like to add the tent I ordered was very well priced, and the delivery despite the confusion (cause by DHL not Telemark) was very quick.

I’ve just purchased new skis from telemark due to the cost being much less then Australia. I have got to say that the service was excellent. Placed an order on a Wednesday the skis arrived on the Monday after less then 7 days delivery to myself . Obviously I paid extra for postage but, I would recommend to anyone . I will definitely use again . Thank you

I had a great experience with Telemark Pyreness. I love the attention to detail with their shipping and I have to say I was very impressed with the packaging and shipping time. It is usually a nightmare to buy something from Europe and getting it sent to Australia but I did not have any problems with them and received my order within 4 days, which is very impressive!

Other than shipping, they have an amazing range of winter sports and mountaineering products which you don’t find else where. It was very convenient to buy most of the things I wanted in one place.

Excellent service. I bought a pair of touring skis and bindings, plus skins, harscheissen and ski breaks. They fitted the bindings to the skis, then also cut the skins. But they got in contact to say that I didn't need the ski breaks, as they were already included with the bindings that I had bought. Offered me a refund. Appreciate that Phil went out of his way to prevent me from buying an accessory that I didn't need. I will use them again, highly recommended.

Ordered skis for delivery to Australia pre Christmas.

But Auspost and FrancePost appeared to conspire to ensure they did not get delivered to us. After the stuff-up, and our skiing holiday in France looming, TM re-ordered skis from the Austrian maker, attached bindings and delivered to our resort for our arrival. No-one knows where the original skis have gone to. Cannot fault the end result (i.e., we got ours skis on time) - so kudos for service.

I’d recommend TM as v trustworthy and reliable.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from Japan, and Telemark Pyrenees dispatched them very quickly.

Unfortunately, the shoes didn't fit me due to La Sportiva's highly inconsistent sizing, so I had to send them back to France. The support team at Telemark Pyrenees was extremely helpful, offering me various options for returning the products. When my return package was held up at customs, they did everything they could to resolve the issue. They even covered the return fees after the French Post Office inexplicably decided to send the package back to Japan. Although this whole process took months, Telemark Pyrenees remained supportive and proactive in addressing all the issues I encountered. I will definitely order from them again - they are truly reliable!

J'ai commandé deux paires de chaussures depuis le Japon, et Telemark Pyrénées les a expédiées très rapidement.

Malheureusement, les chaussures ne me convenaient pas à cause des tailles très incohérentes de La Sportiva, donc j'ai dû les renvoyer en France. L'équipe de support de Telemark Pyrénées a été extrêmement aidante, me proposant diverses options pour le retour des produits. Quand mon colis est resté bloqué en douane, ils ont tout mis en œuvre pour résoudre le problème. Ils ont même couvert les frais de retour après que la Poste française a décidé de renvoyer inexplicablement le colis au Japon. Bien que cette procédure ait pris des mois, Telemark Pyrénées a été constamment à l'écoute et efficace pour adresser tous les problèmes rencontrés. Je n'hésiterai pas à commander de nouveau chez eux.

I ordered one shoe but later decided to cancel. They immediately refund.
After 1 month I gave one order and recieved one day international shipment.
