After we had a replacement door fitted our phone and broadband line went down. I reported the fault with BT but searched for a local independent telecom engineer and found Craig at telephoneengineerchester.co.uk
After contacting him he arrived within 24 hrs, replaced and re routed the main line into the house and fitted a new junction box. His charges were half that quoted on BT's website. Fast, reliable local service that I would highly recommend and certainly use again.
PS - still had no response to the original fault from BT but with this sort of service - who needs them.
