withholding MY refund !!!
having complained to easyjet about the appalling hotel & bad experience they offered one £120 refund . this was 3 weeks go ! i am still waiting for my money ! easyjet say they processed this on 25th june to teletex . teletex have denied receiving this money , saying nothing they can do about it ! they have refused to comply with any suggestion or resolution to trace my refund . as far as they are concerned this is the end of the issue . easyjet say they have processed the money therefore not their problem anymore! i am so frustrated and having to chase my money day after day with no result ! i will not stop until i have my money in my account !!!

I had an excellent experience booking my holiday through Teletext Holidays, thanks to Chris. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I found the best holiday to suit my needs and budget.
Nothing was too much trouble, and Chris made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable. His excellent customer service and attention to detail gave me complete confidence in my booking.
