This dubious AI chatbot is being heavily pushed by…

I have given ONE STAR but TP is changing to 3. Pretty odd!

This dubious AI chatbot is being heavily pushed by Urang (the managing agent) at Chelsea Bridge Wharf and has had a mixed response to say the least. I have found it quite unhelpful and several residents have meentioned unanswered tickets or baffling responses. Tempest Ai is co founded by a member of Urang staff and this seems like a conflict of interest. I do not reccommend it.
