I bought a lightweight step-through bike with a bunch of accessories through a cycle-to-work scheme. It’s absolutely wonderful, the best bike I’ve ever ridden! Before ordering I was a bit sceptical that the brand might be all style over substance, but I needn’t have worried. The bike is absolutely beautiful to ride, so smooth and responsive that I actually feel safer when riding in traffic. It doesn’t have the fancy gear and disc breaks of some bikes, but I went on a trip to the Eildon Hills in the Scottish Borders, and was able to tackle the steepest climbs and descents without any bother. The simplicity of the bike is beautiful, so easy to maintain compared to other bikes I’ve had. I’ve never spent so much on a bike before, but hands down it’s been worth every penny, and is actually paying for itself in what I’m saving in bus fares. If you’re on the fence about getting one, I’d urge you just to go for it.

In 09.08.24 i did order the bike classic light weight. After 1 month i have picked up in the store in Berlin. The shop did the assembly. I did my first ride.... The chain is popping out of the gears, the bike makes all kind of noises, screws are loose, tire flat. They did a poor job on the bike, i will bring it back....
Update from 23.09. The gears and bolts are fixed, but on the high gear 8 and 9 the chain is hitting the frame, when i pedal back a bit. Even when i stop to pedal it drops on the frame. I asked the guy at the store, he sad it is normal, thats how it works, coz of the tentioner. He asked me why would i pedal backwards? I mean, it happens, not too often, but the chain drops on the frame even when is stop the movement. Im sure this will wear out the paint with the time.

Ordered the Adventure One Disc and I collected it today. Service was fast and easy and it got delivered 1 week before they told me.
Done 10 mile today and I love it, so smooth and the quality is exceptional.
Staff are friendly enough, a little laid back (lad who served me first) but nice.
Can’t wait to do many miles on this lovely lovely bike.

This is a fantastic company with well thought through, well designed products that use natural materials with minimal plastic (and then it's recycled)

Good value quality product supplied efficiently

I recently bought an adventure disc bike at Temple. The staff in the London shop are incredibly helpful and have helped me fitting new mudguards and giving me great advice on maintenance of the bike. They are always super responsive. Super happy with my purchase!

Temple cycles make beautiful traditional steel bicycles at unbeatable value for money prices.
I have 3 of them ! but my favourite is the classic tour with its versatile triple Corinthian crankset which will take you up any road climb.
Quick tip for anyone with spare cash to reduce rotating mass /crank up the speed, is TPU inner tubes, Pirelli p zero race classic clincher tyres and Pacenti Forza Classico wheelset and then you will have a silky smooth sprinter!

Firstly, excellent e-bike. I love riding it and it's really well put together. There was a minor glitch with the order, but Temple sorted it out very quickly.

I popped into the London shop for a quick tune-up and the people there were very helpful.

I’m thrilled with my new bike, which is a dream to ride. I had a quick test ride from the London store where the staff member was helpful and talked me through my options. Once ordered, the bike arrived sooner than expected-all in all, a very smooth process and I’m loving my new wheels.

Great website, lots of photos and information about their products. I bought a bar bag for my daughter, it was quickly sent, the item was well packaged. My daughter was delighted with her quality made, beautifully designed bar bag, such a fab colour too!
