I THINK THIS WOMAN SIDRA MALIK WAS WORKING FOR THIS BANKCRUPT SLOUGH BOROUGH COUNCIL AGAINST ME. THEY RECEIVED COMPANSATION. AND BACKED OUT OF REPRESENTIN ME IN THE SAME CASE. SO NOW I AM ON MY OWN. T.S HELPLINE ARE JUST SCUMBAGS. PEOPLE DONT ENTERTAIN THEM. RUN A MILE FROM THEM.

They have just messed up my claim for housing disrepair do not trust them by accepting an offer without consent from me which now means i won't get the repairs needed

If your housing association have already destroyed your mental health do not approach these people. It's the worse decision I ever made. Constant contradictions and lies and sending me useless documents you can't read. When I asked for the implications of if I decide to stop the process I was met with a barrage of excuses. I wish I'd just given the keys to the property back and been street homeless as I know for a fact it's less stressful. Thank you TSH for making me feel even more worthless than clarion.

They also sold my details and I now get endless spam to my phone

This tenant support helpline are useless and unreliable. My hurt and pain increased for sending my details to them. This is what they first asked from you but your case is not important to them at all. I have reported a very concerned issue about my council harassment and lack of hot water and heating for the past years, this is never asked to be considered by this tenant support helpline. I have never seen an open disheartened organisation as such. You know what I am now concern if they are working with the council's against the tenants. They must also be taking people's government legal aids as they took personal details. What a disappointment , and knowing that those that supposed to be rescuing citizens are taking them on ransom to say. It's very unfair and distressing to me.or anyone who might have been affected by this organisation.

Contacted them due to rubbish area being in complete disrepair only to be told they don't 'do' communal rubbish area. I sent them the Peabody policy on property management which clearly stated this area is their responsibility, yet they insisted it's not! I told them I've done the work for them by sending them the policy to see in plain English - but they got irritated so I decided they didn't know their stuff very well ( yet apparently they specialise in dealing with Peabody!) and refused their service (or lack of) You couldn't make it up!
