Charged $47.78. I DID NOT ORDER THIS BOOK! NOR DO I WISH TO BE CHARGED FOR IT!
Apparently order date was 2/23/2026.
I WAS IN HOSPITAL AT THAT TIME & NOT FIT TO BE ORDERING UNWANTED BOOKS!

Is this a SCAM? Is someone placing orders in my name with my payment info?

Not a dependable company…

I ordered 2 books through Amazon which were supposedly shipped on 12/9. Now they are saying they’ll arrive 12/24 which is too late for children’s Christmas presents. They are not a dependable company. Don’t waste your money.

DON’T BUY

Awful! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I purchased 2 items totaling almost $74.00 and the sizing is way off. I tried contacting them to begin my return process and they never responded to the email. No phone number is available.

What an awful company who should be reported to a current affair. I purchased an $80 set on the 8th of December. My 1st tracking info was sent on the 19th January!! The parcel came 9 week later. They sent me a completely different outfit to which I might add would have cost $2 to make and then emailed me after I complained and said sorry we thought you would like that one!!! Then said you need to pay $50 US TO SEND IT BACK WHICH WOULD LEAVE ME WITH A $4 CREDIT and then BLACKMAILED me to keep the item and be happy and we will Give you at $7 credit on your next purchase!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Its been over a month and no order. I realize orders COULD take longer shipping but this is ridiculous. At this rate clothes won't fit a growing newborn. Such a scam of a business. Shame on me for trusting them and not checking trust pilot first.

I don’t recommend doing business with TenBazaar

I’ve placed an order through TenBazaar on 4/24/2020. So far, I have received two items out of 8. One is the gray beanie and the other is the yellow outfit that is part of the 3 outfit bundle.

The two items were received last month. The others are supposedly still in transit and now, the transit expired?! Please! Before you guys place any orders through them, think twice. Pricing isn’t bad but definitely too good to be true.

I’ve spent 134.90 only to find the items that I’ve received so far are not great quality.

Don’t believe every review that you see online.

I’m trying to dispute the charges with my credit card company and I feel like this is becoming a joke.

This is a zero star review but obviously, they won’t allow that option on here.

And do not worry. I have already emailed them. Let’s see what they have to say about my orders.

4 Month Delivery Time & Poor Quality

I too wish I had found these reviews before placing a $120 order. I placed my order on March 8th and
received half of the order one month after purchase. I emailed regarding the rest of my order and was told the missing items were omitted in mistake. The customer service was actually fast and satisfactory at the time. However, the rest of my order didn't show up until two weeks ago... that's a 4 month delivery timeline! If my child were already born, there's no way these items would have fit by the time they were received. Also, the quality is poor and the items do not resemble what I purchased. Some of the "sets" came with different sized tops and bottoms. Buyer beware with this company.

Nope nope nope

First, the order took forever to arrive - I understand that shipping is slow due to the pandemic but it took at least two months. At one point the tracking was lost, so they sent me another one - I was impressed by the customer service in that aspect, but the quality of the item is complete garbage. It's like a 1992 track suit - I would never put it on my child. I tried to leave a review on their website but it looks like they only allow 4-5 star reviews. Should have checked Trust Pilot first!

I just found these reviews post months of reaching out to customer service multiple times because my order never came. One of the items doesn’t even fit my baby.
Their product is junk! Nothing like what it appears on line. Looks like dollar store made in China throw away trash.
The whale outfit has these cheap snaps that are already loose and a choking hazard for a baby. The shoe socks not only don’t fit but they’re cheap and look like total junk!!!

I really wish I would of found all…

I really wish I would of found all these reviews before I placed a $150 order. That was on May 18, said it will arrive between June 1-19 and as of June 25 still nothing. No respond from customer service. I have revived one item that I order but it is so unbelievably cheap and looks next to nothing like what was advertised.

One more unhappy customer

One more unhappy customer -
I wish I had looked for reviews prior to placing order - which was April 13th!
It is still stuck in China - as it appears many other orders are. I have had 3 emails with company. Lots of apologies, can’t refund money and very disappointing. The shower is June 27th. I thought this was an ample period of time, but it is not.

Bad service

I have never written a review before, but I have to do this. I ordered an outfit for my grandson on May 2. It has not arrived by June 17 and no sign of it. The tracking shows it is still in China, with little progress. By the time it arrives, if it arrives, it won’t fit him. I placed orders on the same day from Carter’s and Hanna Anderson. They have long since arrived and been worn. I have emailed the company with no response. This company is no good. Do not waste your money on ordering from this company.

I never thought in a million years I…

I never thought in a million years I would write a bad review.
This company is horrible! I placed an order on April 9, still have not received it! I have emailed twice and all they can say is “ it’s in its way”. I asked about a refund and I was told it’s too late.
It has been over a month of the last tracking of my package, so I am taking it stuck somewhere??
This company needs to do something about shipping. HORRIBLE! I will let all my friends know, not to order from them. NO Stars!

Horrible

Horrible. I waited months for delivery. When I sent messages I was told they were a couple weeks behind. There is no way a newborn outfit will fit three months later. They refused to cancel my order. Finally received order and it is beyond cheap. This company is a total scam. Save your money.

Beware

Beware: Terrible customer service alert. I ordered a onesie for my newborn on April 30th, received a confirmation email that it could take 2-3 weeks due to COVID, and then did not receive the onesie until May 28th. When I emailed them about this, I was greeted with condescension, and accused of ordering the wrong size. Cute onesie, which is why I gave two stars. See below.

I'm very sorry you feel this way, but the shipping times have been stated during checkout (and in your confirmation email if you would like to double check) for a long time now. Your order was placed on April 30th and if it already does not fit on May 28th, it seems you probably should have ordered a larger size.
