Ordered a double bed came perfect. Brilliant service

Ordered online as the beds looked nice next day delivery was available. Great prices and I decided to give the company a chance. I was contacted straight away via WhatsApp to confirm that I didn't require a headboard or mattress, which was the case. When I hadn't heard anything by the next afternoon, I got worried that I had been scammed. I sent a couple of messages to the company, which remained unanswered, maybe because it was a Saturday. I received a phone call late afternoon saying the bed would be delivered that evening between 7 and 11. The driver phoned when he was on his way and arrived about 9.45 pm. He was very apologetic about the time, as well as being friendly and not showing any annoyance at being a difficult house to deliver to, due to its position. The bed seems to be of a high quality and is extremely comfortable. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

Fast delivery and and everything smooth

Couldn’t ask for a better service.. i was let down by another company and they was able to step in and deliver a bed the same day in fact within hours. Great service from start to finish would 100% recommend this company to anyone in fact i will be ordering more beds very soon for my children. Delivery men was so helpful they brought the bed into my home very polite and rung to confirm on way and then again when was 30 minutes away. Great service from start to finish..

To others, please be warned.

There is something seriously concerning about my experience with this service, and I feel it is important to share it so that others can make an informed decision before placing an order.

I recently placed an order and, after enquiring about delivery via their WhatsApp platform, I discovered that they did not actually have the item available. This information was not communicated to me proactively; I had to find out myself.

They subsequently offered me an alternative. However, after seeing a picture of the alternative, I declined and requested a refund. Following an attempt to persuade me to accept the alternative, they eventually confirmed that my refund request would be passed on to their accounts department.

Since then, despite repeated attempts to contact them by email, telephone and WhatsApp, I have received no meaningful response and am still waiting for my refund.

What is particularly concerning is the disparity between the positive reviews displayed on Trustpilot and my actual experience of how the company has engaged with me as a customer. Based on my experience, the two simply do not appear to add up.

I can also see from some of the other reviews that I am not the only customer who appears to have experienced similar issues, particularly around orders, communication and refunds. This makes my experience even more concerning.

I am still actively pursuing the return of my money. If I am forced to take further legal action to recover my funds, I will also seek to recover any reasonable legal costs incurred as a result.

I strongly encourage anyone considering using this service to do thorough due diligence before making any payment. My experience has raised serious concerns, and I would not want anyone else to find themselves in the same position.

Please exercise caution, review both the positive and negative feedback carefully, and make sure you are fully satisfied with the company and its practices before proceeding with an order.
