Delivery was fast, and online inquiry was answered promptly

I have bought shoes from Tennis Direct twice this year and for both occasions, the items were delivered to Melbourne quickly (ordered on Thursday and arrived on the following Monday) by Australia Post, and the items arrived as they were ordered. An excellent tennis store with excellent online customer service.

Recently purchased Adidas Mens Gamecourt 2 shoes. For the price this is excellent value. Super comfortable and perfect for hard courts. I use them for tennis and pickleball, so they get a tough workout. Definitely recommend this product. Also delivery was faster than expected. Will purchase from Tennis Direct again for quality, great price and customer service. Rob. Central Coast NSW.

The item I purchased has not been shipped even after 10 days.
They refuse to cancel it and do the refund. They just took my money and that is it.
In best case they are using customers as a source of financing and that they didn’t even had an item on stock.
Absolute disgrace.

Update:
The item was actually delivered with a slight delay.
It seems as they have a problem with their shipping provider. The tracking doesn’t work properly and shows incorrect information.
In my case it was showing that the item was not even sent when it reached me.

Apoligies to tennisdirect. Perhaps they should consider switching to a more reputable shipping company.

Sent the same day and Aust post delivered to Sydney in 2 days.
The service could simply not have been better.

You need to stop advertising next day delivery and start sorting out your process with DHL!
I've wasted 3 evenings over 2 weeks waiting for DHL delivery that ends up in failure.

I was having an eye on a pair of tennis shoes from Asics. The stock was out so I waited for a while. But after a few days, it is there again. I ordered it and the delivery is fast. The price is nice and the quality is good.

Ordered some stuff more than a month ago and they are still not able to deliver it. Keep repeating that the address is wrong, which is not, but also not giving a reason why their provider has difficulties delivering the goods. Even though I am asking that repeatedly. Nothing wrong with the address though. The timetable for delivery set by them and their post service keeps being breached. Aweful experience to be honest.
