Racquet strung right and shipped fast
Ordered a Babolat frame with stringing through TennisExpress and it showed up in three days with the tension right where I asked. They threw in a fresh overgrip and the box was packed tight so nothing got banged up.

Can we trust their product reviews?
I’ve been using them for years, and they always deliver on time. But when I had an issue with a pair of shoes and posted a review on their site, it never showed up — which means other customers never saw the warning. It really seems like they filter out negative reviews to keep selling their products.
