Obtaining a refund is a difficult and protracted process - avoid this company
Ordered items arrived OK but were unsuitable. No returns info on their website - you have to apply to them for details. Phone line is busy ALL the time and emails are ignored or no relevant reply is given.
Eventually got prepaid returns label and waited 21 days for refund with no contact between.

APPAULING
One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Bought stringing machine on recommendation. Only to have the turntable sent. After weeks of chasing the head unit arrived along with another turntable. Calibration didnt work. After hours on the phone(when I could get through) and approx 50 emails I got no where and requested a refund. Only after I managed to get in touch with MD did I get my money back. That was over a month after I had returned the turntables and head unit. Appauling company to deal with and wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.

I was treated as if I was important
Although stuff went wrong at the beginning of this transaction, by the end I felt that I had been treated well. As a tennis coach, responsible for getting my clients the best deals, I would recommend Tennis Planet UK.

Efficient, proactive, helpful!
-Left a voicemail for more info on racket I was after. Jim Bullen (UK Manager) called me back within minutes and provided all the info I needed. Order sent, constant email updates on order tracking. delivery taken place in time promised.
Slick. will go to this website again for sure.

Went over and above what was expected
The tennis rebound net I ordered was out of stock. They sent an email but also followed it up with a personal phone call to suggest filling the order with a similar product. The replacement was more expensive but they charged me the original price. What impressed me was the personal touch and the fact that they called me to explain the situation and what they were prepared to do about it. Will definitely use them again.

This is how you do customer service
I've ordered a mini tennis net which brand was out of stock. To avoid time waste they have sent to me a different one to keep me going. which was a great solution by the time. Unfortunately item came broken and after my email they have sent another one same day. No time wasting or hassle.Brilliant. Due to weight of net they have found it worthless to send it back the broken one.!Now I could gifted a local primary school after I manage to get some expandable rope in order to fix it. I've some DIY skills and tools so hopefully kids will enjoy mini tennis soon. What a service. Very much recommended.I won't be shopping anywhere else in tennis department. Thank you.

Very good
I bought in the past from Tennis Planet a Technifibre set (raquet and bag). Everything went well, the price was ok, and I received a free jacket for this purchase. Now I am looking forward buying a new raquet (I will probably go for Wilson) and I consider Tennis Planet for this.
