This is money well spent

This is money well spent. What they say they can do they follow thru not only that if ur needing help they are with u ever step of the way. I highly recommend this.

Customer service

Customer service responds to tickets in a timely manner. Usually in 24 hours which is great. They have top notch products that are really useful for any tech situation you're in. Customer service is really helpful in assisting you when you have a problem. I give tenorshare products 5 stars because they are awesome.

I had a really great experience with…

I had a really great experience with this software and their support team. The recovery process was smooth, easy to follow, and very effective—I was able to find files I thought were permanently lost. What stood out the most for me was the customer service. They were responsive, understanding, and went the extra mile to help resolve my issue quickly.
