Had a laser tag party; staff unorganised; payed for 12 ice creams that never been given; party child never received his birthday bag with t shirt , pin etc as promised on website so very disaponted; i had to ask for drinks to come as they forgot about them; they also forgot to bring 2 meals at the table for guests..

The staff were standing around not very helpful. The food was stone cold when it arrived. Bowling was fun just don’t order the food

They have made good use of a large building
Nice clean and modern
My only criticism would be that there are not enough seats beside the bowling lanes and you have to share bowls with the lane next to you

This is my 2nd visit to the Tenpin…
This is my 2nd visit to the Tenpin Blackpool. My kids absolutely love the soft play and we always finish our trip off with a few games on the arcade. The whole place is clean and tidy and all the staff are helpful and are always willing to help. The coffee is pretty good aswell.

the manger there is not supposed to be a manger they way he talks to people is unacceptable and we order drinks from the bar and payed for them but the worked walked off then came back then i asked can we have our drinks and she was trying to to say we had them but we i didnt move from the bar and there names are scott and alisha so be careful in blackpool tenpin
