Excellent service and helpful staff
My husband and I booked the Thursday deal of two games of bowling with a cheeseburger and chips of £10 each. The second week we went we asked if we could have the food after we'd finished bowling and not during. The Staff were great and arranged this for us. We now go back every week!

We came for my daughter’s 12th birthday. She and the majority of those bowling have special needs so we were a little bit nervous about it beforehand. However, your staff (Rosalind and Emma I think) were lovely, very helpful, really good with the children and the whole experience was lovely. They even got me another panini and brought it over after it accidentally got knocked on the floor! Excellent party enjoyed by all. Staff couldn't do enough for all the children. SEN school large group for my child's bday party, it could have been much more stressful but made easy thank you Tenpin Chester. It really was so lovely to see them all enjoying themselves. Thank you 😊

Great experience as always.
It's a great bowling alley. Always clean and lanes available. There's lots of other extra activities available too. Suitable for all the family. We especially enjoy it when the half term offers are on. It makes it more affordable for us as a young family.
