We enjoyed comin there & we normally order food but we were still full frm cinema.i ordered drnks n ordered take away outside 10pin and we r jst finishn our drinks to go home bt my baby got hungry wyl waitng for us so we let her eat the nuggets.the manager talkd to us and told us off abt the food and to leave and we eat them somewhere else. It was so embarrasing infront of our children.he couldve talked to us discreetly and nicely!put us off coming back there as we come there all the time and always buy food and drinks!

Varied activities, ok quality, could be better
Varied activities which is great, host could have been better for escape room she was a bit grumpy initially when we first went in (not in character) but when she came back in character she was great.
Bowling wise they’ve now put far too many lanes in and they are so narrow and there’s only a “walkway” between every other alley which means the people bowling either side of you affect your game and you kind of have to wait for them to go and go in between their go. I do also believe the lanes to be wonky and that’s not just my gameplay! They are also string pins now which is a real shame, miss it when it was the normal pins as it was a billion times better.
Arcade wise there’s a lot to choose from but very repetitive.
Pool tables are okay and contactless at £2 a game, again quite squished together and the cues are not the best and definitely need replacing.
Overall I only suggest going when they have a deal on, I would not pay full price for anything.

A great night out with friends.
A great night out with a group of friends. The staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities and equipment were really good. The bar was cheap and we even got cocktails delivered to our bowling lane so we didn't have to miss a turn queueing up.

The Lazer tag aspect of the party was good, but the food so so slow the children got fed up waiting, had to ask for the cake several times.
A Few of the children said the pizza wasn't great.

Terrible service for my birthday
We rushed to arrive on time for our 8pm slot for karaoke. We were told people were still in the room and had to wait for 15 minutes for them to be kicked out.
This eventually happened, and we had one hour on the machine as we had booked, even though this had run over. However, as we got to nearer 9 o'clock when we should have originally finished. A member of staff kept coming in the room, moaning at us telling us to hurry up. This might sounds petty, but it was really obnoxious. The last thing you want when you are being silly with your friends and partners is someone YOU DONT KNOW coming in and opening the door, so everyone can see you dancing and singing. The guy also went as far as to turn the light off, REGARDLESS OF THE FACT WE HAD 15 MINUTES LEFT!
On what world, is it our fault, that the staff there cant work to a schedule, and ruin time I PAID for with my friends for my birthday evening out. Dont feel it should have been taken out on us whatsoever. Absolute disgrace.
Oh the other thing was the ordering of drinks. We kept trying to order drinks to the karaoke room, which was available on the app, to only be told that we need to order to the table that is inside the karaoke room? There was no label on either tables in there telling us this, so in the end we just went outside to order drinks.
Absolutely disgraceful. For the same money I could buy a karaoke machine.

The visit delivered on everything promised. good and polite check in, the bay was clean the Bowling fun. (our average age for the four of us is min 70's). We experienced good cheer from adjacent players. All good simple fun.

I paid £18.95 for me and my son to have a game of bowling,I thought we had the lane for an hour but after 20 mins we were finished and when I asked if we could have another game,we were told “no”…£18.95 is very expensive for a 20 minute game,I’m a single parent on a low income and thought it would be a nice treat for my son but he was upset and sad that it ended ever so quickly and we won’t be doing that again 😡

Great clean place- just expensive
Staff were lovely towards our daughter, it was her 5th birthday so they gave us lane 5. We were going to have another game but it was £35+ which is so high
