Lovely experience, we won a cup in the arcade through the games and it was super fun, we did two games of bowling and everything went amazing, we ordered food and drinks to our lane and they were all brought in a timely manner and the staff were always on it! We even booked a karaoke and we got a massive discount, we were so happy!! The karaoke itself was fun, but I wish there were more songs included, they didn't have songs that are super popular i was surprised, so we had to think a while of songs to put on!

13th birthday activities
I took my son and his 3 friends to Ten Pin at Derby to celebrate his 13th birthday. It was the first time we had been there. I had booked a Lazer quest party followed by an escape room experience. As we were quicker than anticipated, the boys also took advantage of a complementary game of bowling and a discounted karaoke experience.
I cannot thank the staff there enough for their friendliness, professionalism and positive attitude in ensuring my son and his friends had a great time.
It’s actually been a long time since I’ve received this level of service and Support from anywhere.
What an absolutely fantastic Team you have at Derby, nothing was too much trouble and my son and his friends had a fabulous time celebrating his birthday.
We’ll definitely be back soon, and I will be recommending Ten Pin Derby to all of my friends!

No air-con in escape rooms
We visited the creepy carnival escape room on 26th May 2026 for my daughters birthday. The tenpin bowling room was lovely air conditioned however disappointed to find no air con in the escape rooms. It was an incredibly hot day & spoilt the experience. This issue really needs addressing.

The staff were very friendly
The staff were very friendly. The lads absolutely loved it. Was a bit worried when we turned up and they said the 22 packs may not be working but the member dealing with me said they were all working. It says it should be 4d but inside was dated and no fog like advertised. Booking process was a bit bad as couldn't book online had to call and book it.
