Dirty table, food was absolutely awful. Customer service was friendly though. Overall the venue needs refurbishment and cleaning and food needs seriously looking at i wouldn't feed that to my dog

Bowling and meal experince
Bowling was as expected and staff were friendly. Had a meal with the deal in place along side the bowling which was a good portion and tasty. Free parking on sight made it easy and stress free for the visit. Overall, good experince.

The experience was good. Was a a last minute visit. Was not too busy during the start of the Easter school holidays.

The booking on and getting onto our…
The booking on and getting onto our alley were very straight forward. However the food and service wasn't the best, our order came out wrong, we received someone else's order that gave us no napkins and one sachet of sauce between us all. I tried telling one of the members of staff that they have given us someone else's order plus our own. All he said was someone going to get into trouble for this, meanwhile another customer noticed we had the wrong order. We had hers and they tried to take it to the kitchen and back out which was then cold. We were made to feel like we had done wrong whilst trying to eat our meal and the order customer constantly pointing at me and our children. No apologise no thanks, not very good customer service if honest.

Great day out and nice place
Excellent booking process and service when attending. Staff were great when we required assistance and the area was well managed and maintained and good range of arcades and games to keep the kids entertained following the bowling. Good number of pool tables too.

Very nice people at the till nice service fast polite very well managed when all the alleys were full they gave me a time when to come back it was only 10 min you can order from your bowling alley only thing I would criticize is the wifi nothing they can really do about that

The bowling was good fun, food do not bother
The bowling was good fun, the food however was awful esp for the price. A bit worrying the police were there at 12.30 on a Saturday dealing with some sort of complaint, wonder if that may have had an impact on the food. Even so it was not great.

Great experience
I’d not been to Tenpin in a very long time so it was really nice to see how many improvements have been made. Everywhere was clean, staff were friendly, everything worked like clockwork and our experience was really enjoyable and easy. My only minor issue was it wasn’t very clear where the check in desk was when you enter.
