Birthday party
We had a birthday party and i can't express our host Alex was. We had an amazing experience at the bowling alley, thanks to Alex. She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that we were all having a great time. From the moment we arrived, she was friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and her positive attitude really made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated her effort and would definitely come back again because of the excellent service!
I would only suggest the kitchen staff, try not to burn the pizza's

This was a small party of 5 children…
This was a small party of 5 children celebrating a six year old’s birthday. The bowling was fine, however the party ‘host’ was very lacklustre in her approach to making sure the children had a good time. For example, she came to our party with some balloons, looking as happy as a condemned prisoner, said ‘sword or dog?’ to the kids, and made a very unenthusiastic balloon sculpture for each of them. She then promptly walked off, with no attempt to engage the kids, and barely a smile. When the kid’s food arrived, their pizza’s were given to each of them while they were sitting waiting for their turn to bowl, on the bench at the bowling lane. I was expecting the kids would drop their food, as it wasn’t served to them at a table, and they were eating out of a pizza box balancing on their knees. It is only because I walked back from the bar, that I noticed a table had been reserved for the kids, but we were not told this by anyone, and the kids had finished eating by then. The strict adherence to the 12.00 finish time was also rather unnecessarily harsh, and it would’ve been nice to be given a short warning that the time was nearly up. The kid’s had one more turn each to complete the game, but at 12.00 sharp, the session was abruptly halted. The scores were wiped, the lane side barriers were lowered, and the pins were knocked down. Although this is technically fine, letting a few small kids finish their game, in a practically empty bowling alley, would have left a more positive impression on us, but instead, we felt like it was a case of ‘we’ve got your money now, so clear off.’

Really good service
Really good service, arrived slightly early as advised and was allocated our lane and waited for the previous players to finish. As we had ordered food alongside our game we were asked if we wanted it after our games or brought to our lane so I asked for it to be brought to our lane and it arrived hot and fresh within about 15 minutes.
Staff are always friendly and welcoming and the regular patrols of the lanes means empty glasses, etc are removed quickly

Lane was ridiculously dirty
Lane was ridiculously dirty, glasses, food boxes, rubbish, crisps all over the floor. Told staff memember who said 'oh sorry' but then nobody came to clean it. We had to move things ourselves and the crips covering the floor made it very slippery. Ordered a cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza. Lady came and slammed them down on the table and walked off without a single word. Both were cheese, my son (who's birthday it was) won't eat plain cheese. Told them one was wrong they took one away and took 15 minutes to bring a new one, by this time the first pizza was stone cold. Dirty, unhelpful and rude staff!

Superb staff!
It was easy to book online and the venue was very clean and tidy. The food was a little underwhelming, but totally edible, the stand out feature of our visit was the staff. They were welcoming, polite and very kind - making a fuss of my son and generally being a real asset to the company.

Alright place if you like chavs, queues and overprice rubbish food
Alright place if you like chavs and feral kids running around 👍
No bowling alleys available for almost an hour. £25 karaokee for 30 mins, and scrambling queues for a pool table is absolutely ridiculous 😂 Lift to the place smelled of p*ss. Security on the door says all you need to know before you even enter. Staff were struggling but were nice enough and doing their best.
Absolute dive and the food was overpriced trash. Would give 0 stars if I could. Won't ever be returning, and won't ever recommend.

Upgraded the lane to have the food included deal. If I had paid £8.95 for the chicken burger and chips would have been very disaapointed. Burger and Chicken burger had no garnish, sauce or anything.
