The teens spent a great few hours…
The teens spent a great few hours bowling, playing pool and the arcade. One left coat behind and when I returned, the staff were so helpful in finding it for me. A great day out

Great place to get together and enjoy a game of bowling with your friends and have a good chat and a cup of coffee. Staff also very friendly and helpful. I really look forward to my Thursday mornings.

Not been here for a few years
Not been here for a few years - found the interior really too hot to be comfortable - must have been mid/late 20s but felt like mid 30s! If they had air con it certainly wasn’t switched on! Also now there is an ‘outdoor shoes’ policy the lanes are really sticky and dirty and adversely affects the run up and delivery….. guess its all down to costs! 😔
Still fun to do, but catering for the masses and certainly not what it was.

No common sense when placing you in…
No common sense when placing you in your lane. 22 lanes, 1 being used and we get placed next to the ONLY lane with people at and it was a big family. kids came into our booth, almost knocked our drinks over AND THEN i ordered a raspberry woowoo pitcher and it didnt even fill both glasses £15.50 for a PITCHER of ice. Over £47 spent there and not one positive thing to say. usually theyre really good but this was disappointing & a waste of money. I couldnt go ask for a refund as i didnt feel in the right state of mind to stay ‘calm and collected’ about it. Im unsure if i can still ask for a refund or not.

No common sense.
The bowling lanes were empty bar one, a big family with a couple children under 10. They placed us next to this family with 21 other lanes FREE.
The children consistently came into our booth, almost knocked our drinks over which i understand was up to the parents to control the kids but it wouldn’t have happened if they placed us in another lane. The raspberry woo woo pitcher didnt even fill the 2 glasses as it was just ICE!! £47 all together and honestly debating going to the other location next time. £15.50 for a pitcher of ice was ridiculous, the mass amount of free lanes and being placed to the only other people playing was a joke. Was so fed up didnt even bother asking for a refund. Dont get the pitchers unless its the pepsi ones because you’ll waste your money on ice. Wouldnt recommend.

We called customer services HQ…
We called customer services HQ specifically to ask if the venue had air conditioning as my daughter was 38 weeks pregnant and really struggling with the heat, that we were looking for something to do in the cool. They advised the venue did have A/C and it wouldn’t be a problem. We arrived at the bowling alley, it was over 37 degrees inside, there was no A/C at all. It wasn’t even that it was faulty, there was none. We tried to play the games but it wasn’t horrendous even for the non pregnant people in our party. Shame the staff tried to help but bringing jugs of ice water but we felt bad they were having to work harder in the heat to try to help us. It wasn’t fair on them either so we left having not completed our booked games. The staff locally really did try but they all looked to be struggling too. Poor environment for guests and poor working conditions for the staff

Unfortunately the place was far too hot…
Unfortunately the place was far too hot and my family and I were quite uncomfortable the whole time.
The food menu was very basic and when the food arrived, to be honest I wished we had t bothered. The kids were ok with it because they were hungry.

Great night out
Me and my partner went for the first time in almost 20 years and had a great time, everywhere was clean, staff were friendly and lots of different things to do, reasonably priced as well 🙂
