I bought premium, unfortunately it only gives me error for my files above 80gb's.
It says the file has changed and the uploading has failed. I can garantee you that I have tried anything.
I also contacted support but no reply from them yet.
I searched on the website if I could cancel my premium subscription after 1 day of using it, but they say they don't do refunds. Terrible.

Bought the premium version of TeraBox to try it versus google drive. I have been pleasantly surprised in how easy it has been to use it. Works well on iOS and Windows PC. Uploads and downloads are quick. Only negative is that there seems to be no integration with Microsoft office. Maybe that is coming soon ??

Actually this app don't deserve a one star it deserves a uninstallment, such a shit app🤮🤮🤮 full of adds and extra stuff, what is your use ? For watching add or what. Waste of time !! Such a disgusting 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

A scam.

I was promised 1000 GB for free.
I only to 10 GB.

It was'nt possible to delete the account form the web interface. Their support required that i installed their app to delete the account (!!). The app locked displaying an add.

Suddenly it had become possible to delete the account from the web interface. I'm out.

Avoid.

Free 1tb for NON VIDEO files only....

You can now gauge how deceptive and low can such so called companies go.
1tb for non video files is like 50years of HD photographs plus document files and still you'll save space.

I purchased terabox subscription and pay money 🤑 but not received premium membership. I lost my payment what m I do ?????????

Dont use Terabox!, i have a Premium account and for more than a week I can't access my account with all my work documents. i have been trying to contact Terabox and they dont have a costumer service contact, i found one in google but they do not replay the emails, so i LOST all my documents, and i have a premium account!!! so do not use it,use other apps, its my recommendation.

terabox. has been a nightmare to use uploaded files and somehow iam unable to see those files on my phone, i keep getting pop up ads to sign up for premium when i already paid for monthly subscription , the help section is not helpful on getting informatiom on trying to get my accounts to sync. frustrated and not wasting anymore time trying to find a solution to no avail.

I can confirm the shady scam.
uploaded some files and its says there are no files.
website is buggy. if you click anywhere on the page while uploading. you will lose sight of the upload process.
its confusing to navigate. Can tell the whole purpose is to take to the premium link. here is how they do it. when you click on the premium you will first see a nice looking fake ( free current plan =1tb) and beside it the other options for premium starts from 2tb.
the trick is they have two tabs on top ( premium, and storage) if you click on storage they will reveal the real price for 1TB which is $19.99. even if that price is good I wouldn't buy it from them.

1TB of storage is unbeatable

They advertise free 1TB but once you register an account, they only provide 10GB with tons of ads.

EDIT: Basically you want to force users to install the app on their phone to be able to get the 1TB. Most likely to sell their data to all the partners you have. Fair enough. Just a very sketchy way of doing things, although I understand providing 1TB free cloud space is hard to sustain in the long term. "Problem" solved on my end after going through the instructions. Needless to say I immediately uninstalled the app from my device afterwards.

They advertise to support 1TB free clouding storage service, but they require to buy premium from 20GB.

The cloud storage space provided by TeraBox is the most generous free option available. So, I made the decision to upgrade to Premium in order to take advantage of the HD quality and faster speeds.

However, I had a problem logging in on the Android app. It was my own fault though, for forgetting which method I used to register (email, Facebook, Google login, etc.). So, while trying to login to my Premium account, I ended up accidentally creating a couple of new accounts. I emailed support and they got back to me in 3 days and resolved the issue right then and there.

Apart from that minor inconvenience, my experience with TeraBox has been positive. I highly recommend, especially if you're tired of Google Photos 15GB limit.

I am very skeptical when I see 1TB for free. I pay for google drive and Proton Drive. So I try the Paid version which is less than $2 per month in Indonesia. It's insane how cheap it is. The upload speed is very fast comparing it to Gdrive and Proton Drive. I Back UP 3700 Files with a total of 60GB of data with only one problem. Which is sometimes the upload stop itself but I can press it to make it continue. I use Cryptomator so all my private files are encrypted and unreadable even if the company read my files (which they say they do not). For $2 per month and 2 TB it's a no brainer to not use this as a paying user. As a free user, the mobile app is unusable because of the ads. But I agree with this method, I mean it is a cloud storage. Why do people think Terabox need to give you 1TB for free? It's a business that need money to run it. Ignore the negative review because I do in depth research into Terabox. The server is indeed in Japan which means the tech they use is serious tech. But the back end app developer is from china mainland. So if you are like me, I highly suggest you to use Cryptomator (it's free encryption for cloud storage). So even if the chinesse goverment see my file, they cannot read it because it is encrypted on my side (even the name is encrypted).

To be honest the 1TB space is good.
But why they lower the video size limit to 50MB?
It's ridiculous, Actions that insult the users!!

Don't think about others reviews, first use it and your data is safe of course.Also It's a cloud storage so we need to give them permission no worries.The Best part is we can earn from this platform.Keep Going
