There was an issue with the courier so they sent my order next day delivery. Customer service was quick to respond and sorted the problem immediately. Very happy with the terpenes once they arrived. Great experience with the company

The customer service from Terpenes UK was second to none - I got a personal phone call from Alen to discuss my order and requirements, which I was both surprised and very happy about. I am using a blend of terpenes for sleep mixed with CBD oil, and I’m happy to report after weeks of insomnia I found some relief after the first nights dose. Top rate serve combined with a high quality product, nothing to be unhappy about here. Will 100% he using Tepenes UK going forward.

Really good flavor and the customer service excellent, shout out to Alan i had some issues with dpd not doing they're job properly and after a few emails with Alan he redelivered the product with RM, i really appreciate it and i will 100% return to buy some more (i recommend choosing royal mail, dpd are a bunch of idiots)

These guys have everything your looking for in the terpz space, the customer service is unreal offering great guidance on how to use there products and recommendations always sort you out when ordering. So if your hesitant on ordering don't sleep on these guys I'd say the market leader for these kind of products in the UK !

This company is absolutely fantastic; incredible products at a really fair and affordable price point, fantastic customer service who are friendly, patient and informative (they helped walk me through some unfamiliar aspects of the terpenes world as well as going out of their way to find tutorials to guide me through the process of creating the product I was aiming for) and seem to always include a generous free sample of extra goodies... 1000% recommended - I've placed a couple of orders at this point and shall absolutely be back for more, and wouldn't dream of purchasing this stuff from anyone else.

Don’t get these reviews. I had the complete opposite. A very pleasant conversation with them and advise on what I may need plus advice on which products do what and which are fully hemp derived etc. got what I needed and it’s been a successful first go. Thanks guys I’d definitely deal with them again. If you don’t know what you need then contact them don’t get it wrong and then complain it was abit piney if you bought the cheapest stuff you could. If you want quality you have to pay a little more for the live resin terpenes.
