Terravision provide a very good…
Terravision provide a very good service, much better than what public transport can offer and far cheaper than catching an uber or taxi to the airport. To catch trains to the airport in Rome would have meant catching very crowded trains and changing stations while trying to manage our luggage. Terravision provided a bus service from close to our accommodation directly to the airport in a comfortable bus for a fraction of the cost of other services.

Driver never arrived
Driver never arrived. Went to end of street and found a Terravision bus and tried gesturing we had tickets. Driver told us no. Support was no help on the phone. We had to get a taxi and arrived to the airport an hour late.

The specific location of the stop for…
The specific location of the stop for the bus was misleading on the website and had we not approached a driver at the location it stated on the website who re-directed us to another location (opposite side of the Milano Centrale Stazionne) we would not have made it to our bus on time.
