A fantastic experience from start to end. I wanted to have a pin badge designed for a charity event I'm running and contacted Terrific Promotional Merchandise for a quote. The service Binnie provided from that moment on has been absolutely fantastic! I suggested some designs, these were taken away and the designers come back with some proofs. The charity requested slight alterations- these were completed with no issue. Absolutely nothing seemed too much. I received the pin badges last week, they are as fantastic as the service!! I used this company to get some custom pin badges made, all my questions and emails were replied to super quickly and Binnie kept me updated every step of the way. The pins turned up on my door on the day they said they would and they were way better than I expected! Beautifully done. an exact reproduction of the template. very detailed and immaculate. very fast turn around. I only wanted a few badges and they still gave me very prompt attention to my order. I am in the USA and that was no problem for them whatsoever. they checked with me multiple times along the process to inform me of status. they even notified me when my badges would be delivered. It is very seldom indeed to receive that level of customer service and attention for a rather modest order. I shall have to order another badge from them. Best to Binnie and her team at Terrific.

The badges I received from Terrific were incredible! They far exceeded my expectations as my design is quite complex and I’m very particular on colour, but from a simple JPEG image, these guys knocked it out of the park!
