We received our box yesterday! What a wonderful surprise. Everything packaged superbly, the size of the cakes are huge - yes we know Terry says they are big but I didn't realise how big until I opened the box, safe to say you guys give amazing value for money. Now the important bit, the taste and flavours are amazing. Boy Terry can bake! Honestly and sincerely you guys are great. You can bake, you know flavours and boy are you giving superb sizes. Please keep up the ace business and forget the negative comments!

Ok, do you realise that when you post a video pretending to cry for likes and orders that the filter comes off when you move your head too quickly you moron. Stop exploiting peoples good hearts

They are all amazing quality, soft, rich and delectable treats which melt in the mouth, with each bite, happiness and joy flows within me. This hard working buisness has perfected their bakes and most cirtainly do not deserve the hate hurled towards them by competetors and other jobless loners who have come from social media to spread hate and missinformation. The order time is one which is expected for a high quality bakery buisness such as this one.

Where can I start ? Ordered last year they eventually rocked up Tuesday and let me tell you those that say they are worth the wait are lying or have no taste buds. The sponge is dry, the brownies raw and the greasy cookie pie made me wanna vomit. Cheap and nasty with a premium price. Thats all without his foul mouth or his animal abusing ways. I've recently seen he as scammed loads on go fund me. He as the morals of a alley cat. Do not waste your money

Shocking service. Waited almost 5 months for a bit of cake, communications ignored and all the guy does is swear.

Avoid avoid avoid!!! Save your hard earned money! Pays for likes on social media to seem more popular, pays for 5 star reviews, abuses dogs, talks sexually on live stream to young boys!! Also his cakes are rubbish, made with cheap nasty ingredients to maximise his profit. No care for customers what so ever! Also wife's legs spread better than his cheap margarine he uses!!!

Glad I read the reviews before ordering.
Where to start
1. £5 a piece of cake made with cheapest ingredients (his own admission)
2. 6 months to wait 🤣 with no intentions of correcting this even though he says he is.
3.Multiple questionable go fund me requests which he raised thousand and didn’t use it for intended purposes.
4. hygiene is questionable due to him talking over bakes and even the mute videos he’s either miming to a song or jumping around like a toddler.
5.Dog abuse videos and talking to young boys on TikTok (wife also present in video) put the cherry on the cake 🍰 for me no one in their right mind should support a vile human.
DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE BELIEVING HIS WOE IS ME VIDEOS.

Never again will I order from this man the rudeness and just pure ignorance from him and sadly no one should support what this man does takes peoples money and has the cheek to be nothing but fowl mouthed and ignorant.

Orderd a cookie pie and it took 9 months to arrive it tasted of pure spit and was horrible terrible service save your money people

Just got my cakes yesterday wow what amazing cake taste great very filling well worth the wait definitely would buy again 😋

Waited almost 6 months and couldn’t eat them when they arrived after we saw a video of him spitting over everything. Completely put us off. I understand he has a lisp but to prevent his customers having his saliva in his bakes surely he would do his utmost to ensure he covers his mouth when baking. Unfortunately we didn’t try them so can’t give a review on the cakes themselves. We definitely won’t order again after this. Sorry Terry but if that’s what you show whilst filming I dread to think how bad it is off camera. Family have also ordered and will be trying to claim refunds through the bank.

I’ve tried bakes from many many bakers but these were by far the biggest and best I’ve received!!! Ok so a long wait but this only one man dealing with multiple orders trying to manage social media creation and baking in what ? two or three ovens ? Small kitchen, solo ingredients shopping and raising a family etc . The man’s a genius!
My bakes were huge! And they tasted great I really can’t see why the negativity towards this small Buisness man doing his best and not sat on his arse bleeding the tax payer dry like too many people these days .
Overall bloody fantastic!

Waited 6 months.... 6 months for 4 cheaply made cakes. I honestly didnt want to try them because after watching his videos, you can clearly see hes very unhygienic, he talks over his bakes which isnt great for anyone to do but this guy has a lisp and you can see spit flying out his mouth on to the bakes. He also uses the cheapest ingredients out there and never butter unless on offer. If I knew this before ordering I wouldnt have ordered.
Since I spent £25 on the 4 badly packed cakes, which became sweaty in the cheap nasty bags they are wrapped in i had to bring myself to try a little bit

Where do I start,

Barely any cookie on a so called cookie pie which just tasted of cheap chocolate, was so sickly, how anyone could eat this whole greasy slice I do not know. Forgot to say was made with his ever famous ingredient biscoff which is over rated

Chocolate sprinkle sponge was so dry, if you ate the lot you would need about 5 cups of tea afterwards. Easiest cake to bake but he somehow managed to mess that up.

Freeze dried raspberries cornflake type thing. You shouldn't be using that amount of freeze dried raspberries in a bake.Just awful, soggy cornflakes. Just so wrong

Brownie..... all i have to say, this was not a brownie. Was more fudge like and was burnt on top. Was not edible at all.

So yeah all 4 items went in the bin and I feel robbed of £25.

I honestly feel so sorry for all his customers that have to wait over 6 months for these monstrosities to arrive.

Words of advice.... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS MAN DO NOT BELIEVE IN THE HYPE. HE IS BEHIND ON ORDERS BECAUSE HE TOOK ALL YOUR MONEY AND DIDNT MAKE THE ORDERS!

I would give 0 stars if I could because 1 is being far too generous.

Hi Terry, I got my mystery box Sunday 16th May and thought I'd give you a cheeky review here.

1. I order on the 19th November last year so you will be glad to here your wait time is just under 6 months now, keep up the good work.

2. Your bakes really are massive, you must have big hands as they don't look that big in your videos.

3. For all those people I've seen on tictok talking about Terry but not using his name, YES Terry does send you ingredients and allergies lists for his bakes and yes Susan the allergies are in BOLD

On to the bakes themselves,

Mint Areo & white chocolate Cookie Pie
Holy nuts this is the best cookie pie I've ever had, end off, nothing else to say.
10/10

Chocolate Orange Browine
If i was marking this brownie as just a plain Brownie it would be 9.5/10 probably 10/10 warmed up with a scope of ice cream. But I'm not marking it on that, I'm marking it on it being a chocolate orange Brownie and I'm sorry to say I just couldn't taste the orange in it. Still banging though.

Cadbury's Rocky Road
Now rocky roads are my go to in any coffee shop, and yours are right up there. The mixture of different biscuits were amazing, but on the down side I thought the chocolate on top was a little thick close to 50:50 would have been better 80:20 and I know you don't like putting cherries in them but I'm the customer and I want cherries in them, Terry sort it out you 😉

Chocolate Sprinkle Sponge
This was my least favourite, could be I'm not a fan of chocolate sponge (unless hot with custard 😋) or it could be I've watched you make old school cake with pink icing for 6 months or I can't believe I'm even saying this but maybe just to much chocolate in this box 🤣🤣 but this wasn't for me, nothing really wrong with it though.
7/10 ( my son had this first and gave it 9.5/10 so maybe it's just me!!)

To sum this mystery box up, was it worth the 6 month wait? Yez it was and would I order another one? YES I WOULD!!

Waited just over 6 months, old school cake dry, corn flakes cake stale, cookie pie sickly, didnt even bother trying the cookie.
Total waist of money and definitely not worth the wait.

Yes we had to wait but the family very much enjoyed Terry cakes. They was very nice, great flavours, baked with love. Kids want me to order again. Thanks for the mystery box we will be back xxx

Overpriced for low quality. Absolutely shoddy customer service, delivery time and packaging. BUT WORST OF ALL... COMPLETELY ILLEGAL! 1) Legally, each bake in the box should be individually labelled with ingredient list and allergen info.. sticking one label on the inside of the box does not suffice and is not legal practice, especially considering that it can be difficult to discern which is which and 2) his company was dissolved by companies house in 2024? Meaning he is now operating the business illegally.

This is absolutely DESPICABLE business practice and he needs to be shut down ASAP. I am going to be reporting this to trading standards and encourage others to do the same. He could KILL someone.

Looking at all the reviews, you can tell all the 5* reviews are by him, the long negative reviews all look and seems genuine to me.

His videos put me off..he bullies other bakers. His followers also target these bakers! What a disgusting man!
