Came within the time given but although…
Came within the time given but although fabric was nice and soft it was extremly thin and of a rag like quality. The duvet is badly made with a big surplus gap between width of top layer and back layer making bottom layer gaping open at the buttons .
I would not recommend this item and will not purchase items from Terry's again

Update in response to Terry's offer of a return . Unfortunately I had guests arriving and needed the extra bed linen the next day and so I had little choice but to pick the badly made part where the buttons are and tidy it off as best I could. It was very distressing I have used Terry's fabrics a few times and been very pleased with them and it accept that this is not the norm for the firm

Ordered cushions, really happy with them
Gave 4 stars because delivery was slow, and package of cushions was poor, they had been squashed into a box with no individual package, inner cushion poor

5 star service for curtains
Highly recommend Terry's Fabrics, their communication and customer service is excellent. Ordered some made-to-measure curtains, they were carefully packaged in a box and in perfect condition ready to hang when they arrived. Beautifully made with weighted hems and they fit perfectly. Would definitely use this company again.
