The Duracell torch is a nice little addition—especially as a free gift. It’s handy, lightweight, and does the job well for general use. What really stood out though was the customer service from Test-Meter. Unfortunately, the torch wasn’t included in my original delivery, and I actually forgot about it until I was asked to leave a review. I emailed them just to make them aware, not expecting much given it was a free item. To their credit, within 48 hours the torch arrived—no hassle at all. That level of service really impressed me. All in all, a decent torch, but even better backed up by excellent customer service.
