ETI Waterproof Catering Thermometer The ETI Waterproof Catering Thermometer is an IP66/67-rated instrument that can measure temperature in liquids and soft solids from -49.9˚C to 199.9˚C with ±0.5˚C accuracy and 0.1˚C resolution. It has a ø2.5mm x 122mm stainless steel measurement probe with a reduced tip that enables a fast response. Readings are shown on the thermometer’s clear digital display in Fahrenheit or Celsius and there is a min/max feature for viewing the current temperature range. The 5000-hour battery life is extremely practical and the IP66/67 protection rating means it is completely waterproof. A protective silicone boot is supplied as standard along with a probe protector with an incorporated pocket clip.
