Sales promises before enrollments of flexibility, repeat sessions & academic support, but once enrolled, it was all rigid policies, lack of empathy, and zero meaningful help. No academic handholding, just the test link excuses

Our child enrolled in with the expectation of improved academic performance and structured support. Unfortunately, not only did we see no noticeable progress, but the scores also declined significantly after completing the program. Despite following the institute’s guidance and investing time and money, the results were disappointing.

We strongly urge parents and students to conduct thorough research and due diligence before committing to any educational service. Results matter, and promises alone aren’t enough.

I had a very bad experience with a Testkart employee. I registered my interest to attend a demo session, and I received a call from the number +91 8800123492. The person on the call arranged a session for me, but it turned out to be a one-on-one assessment with a teacher, not the actual class demo that I had requested. When he called back, I expressed my concern about how online classes with eight students would work and reiterated my request for the actual demo.

However, the individual became very angry and displayed rudeness. I informed him that I was not comfortable continuing the conversation with him and requested to speak with another contact person. His response was dismissive and rude, as he said, 'If you're not comfortable, then don't,' and abruptly disconnected the call. I was truly shocked by the experience.

The company does not deliver what it claims. On their website, for example, they claim the group class is 5 people, where as in reality it is 18 people. The price will not be what is on the website and will vary depends on your location. Plus, make sure you have a trial with a teacher, can the teacher speak English in order to teach English. I would question that for sure! They will also withhold the information you ask for and never give you straight forward answer.
There are other companies that run professionally, but Testprepkart is far behind the game!
In addition to that, they also make fun of the students, on their performance. That is extremely unprofessional.
Use other companies that have professional staff.
They need to learn also costumer service, extremely rude and abrupt, who dont really care.

Using your CIWG & DASA App. Looks a good source of info needed for the DASA and CIWG students and parents. They are really very trustworthy with their study approach. Unlike those who take your money and never reply you. They are great at customer service, my son is also preparing for SAT 2 with them. Looks promising until now.
