I still remember the day I joined…

I still remember the day I joined Tethys Technology. Their platform was sleek, modern, and loaded with promises. They advertised cutting-edge AI trading tools, bank-level encryption, and “unbreakable” security. The website felt polished and professional exactly what you’d expect from a top-tier investment service. I didn’t hesitate. I uploaded my documents, connected my bank account, and bought into the vision. It didn’t take long for things to go wrong.

One morning, I checked my email and saw a flood of alerts multiple login attempts, failed password resets, and a chilling subject line from Tethys Technology: “Security Notification Immediate Action Required.” My stomach dropped. I logged in what was left of my balance was gone. My data, my funds, my trust it had all been compromised. Tethys Technology had been breached, and I was caught in the middle.

The days that followed were a blur. I filed complaints, froze my accounts, and tried to wrap my head around what happened. I was constantly on edge, jumping at every email and notification. What hit hardest wasn’t just the financial loss it was realizing how easily I had been misled by polished branding and technical buzzwords. I thought I was being careful. But Tethys Technology sold me safety, and delivered none.

Their support team was nowhere when it mattered. I received automated messages, generic apologies, and scripted statements about “ongoing investigations.” There was no real explanation, no offer to make things right — just delay after delay. It felt like they were more concerned with saving face than protecting their users.

Thankfully, I found CONQUAERO..., and they helped me recover part of what was lost. They were professional, transparent, and fast, everything Tethys Technology should have been. But the experience changed me. I no longer trust platforms based on looks or promises. I dig deeper, read reviews, and question everything. Because in today’s world, digital trust is earned not claimed.

CEO lacks trust and micromanages employees

Micromanaging can be tolerated at times, but verbally reprimanding an employee fr a mistake, that's just downright unprofessional. The CEO here should undergo anger management training so he'll learn how to handle things more professionally. Employees are humans, too. Instead of criticizing them, the management should learn how to positively motivate employees to perform better.
