Very happy with TextMagic. Today it is a must to be able to communicate with clients via text. TextMagic fills this need without having clients get your personal cell and the exchange can easily be documented. I also love that I can use by internet or my e-mail.

I've never had any problems with TextMagic and would recommend it for those requiring a product of this type.

It is an easy way to schedule reminders for the whole school term so I don't have to remember twice a week to send out a message to parents who need to supervise before school activities. It is easy to upload contacts in bulk and then setup the messages and see the calendar afterwards to make sure you put them on the correct date.

Allows us to send texts from the computer, much easier then a phone. We schedule texts to send at specific times. We use TextMagic a lot to remind staff of scheduled events, scheduled calls, etc so nothing gets missed. It has definitely improved our business.

Although I am not a "power user", I use TextMagic mainly to communicate with people who have the capability to receive SMS on their "classical" phone, but don't possess a smartphone.

This allows me to prepare my messages on my computer, and than by simply copy/pasting the content on the website, push the message to my recipients.

This is not a "real" havy marketing campaign approach, but it fits exactly what I need to my total satisfaction.

Can't fault the service provided by TextMagic. Once set up its the easiest system to use. No annoying advertising, and only 4p per text. A monthly statement keeps me up to date with my balance, and how much I've used it. Highly recommended!

Use at college to text students who are absent. I can text individually or groups. If you call sometimes they won't answer or don't recognise the number. Text messages always get through and all students read them. Is an amazing tool to use in College and would be lost without it.

Inexpensive way to send texts to clients, especially for businesses who still have landlines. Nice to be able to set templates. An increasing number of our clients prefer to be contacted via Text to let them know their order is ready. The templates we have set let them know who it's from, their item(s) are ready, contact phone number and our hours. We also have a reminder and one with holiday hours/closure templates set. App works on our Tablets, seems to update without problems. We receive monthly usage reports. Would recommend it without reservation to other businesses looking for another way to reach out to their customers/clients.
