Good service
Good service. Deliveries are prompt, returns straightforward. Items I’ve received have on the whole, been of decent quality.
I wish that some of their clothes went up to sizes bigger than 14 or 16. The styles offered in these smaller sizes are often appealing to me but unfortunately don’t fit, shame really, otherwise I’d be buying rather more items from this company.

refund is easy.
I often buy from Texture. This is the first time I have had to send something back, no fault in the trousers - they just didn’t suit me and were a bit lightweight for winter. I had to pay postage, but I don’t mind that. i sent them back and got refund immediately. Very pleased with service,
