Perfect warranty service
I bought 3 CO2 meters for myself and my family and one of them got too high measurement values after almost 2 years of usage. The vendor claimed 2 years of warranty. So I contacted support and sent items for diagnostics. And I got it replaced free of charge. Very good warranty service

Very quick solution
