I have dealt with TFAS for some time now and found my experience to be positive and helpful . My advisor remembers my circumstances and I feel valued and respected .Over the years I have been guided in my investment and always consulted on my financial future plans

So far a good experience. Thomas knew his subject well & could answer all the questions asked of him. He & his team also responded in a timely manner to enquiries. Obviously the acid test will be further down the tracks when I start using my pension, but so far nothing but praise.

Tom talked me through my annual review. First of all he briefly an through last year's review including recommendations he made to me. Then onto the last 12 months, he explained what had happened to general share prices during the year. Bearing in mindmy personal circumstances he advised that I should leave my investments as they currently stand to ensure i receive my anticipated returns.

He also advised I would receive a write up of our meeting in the next few weeks.

At all times he was professional but also friendly and treated me with respect.

Jack, my contact at TFAS, was professional, polite & understanding throughout our meeting. He listened to my current issues, empathised and then gave constructive input. Outlined the current short-term issues affecting my fund's performance. We then worked on my attitude to risk questions & gave me a good view of everything.

Tom explained everything very thoroughly in easy to understand terms. I feel very comfortable with the sensible changes that he has suggested and it is clear his intentions are for the best interest of his client.

Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming, explained all the details so well and made it understandable for the lay person.

The process of converting my existing pensions into a future financial workable plan took much longer than I had anticipated, but in hindsight I can now see that a considerable amount of administrative work was required from TFAS but I was kept up to date at every step via telephone, or a Teams call and the TFAS Secure Client Portal (which I would definitely recommend).
My mistake was waiting until I had actually retired before making initial enquiries as this should have been done much earlier.

I would recommend this company.
