This is the worst website I have used... their customer service is really bad. I ordered a belt and I have paid for it, they sent me an email 4days later telling me they don't have the item and they had taken the full amount of money from my bank account.
I had rang the customer service and then they told me I would get a refund instantly into my account when they are clearly lying about it because refunds don't go into your account straight away as it takes a few working days.
I would never use this site and I would never recommend this service to anyone. Very disappointed

I will never shop with this firm again .i received the goods on time but when i tryed to return i was misinformed on the time it would take to refund by kaytlyn porter(staff member).i was spoke to in a derogatory manor every time i called (as though you again)to ask.eventually refunded after 5 days after being told by the above it would be 2 days

They state every customer has a great experience online so ordered a Paul Smith jacket and at a great price. I had seen it a number of weeks before and even emailed to get sizes so was disappointed to to told by email it was missing from stock! Phoned the customer service number 3 times and got no answer, finally speaking to someone the next day to be told she didn't know about the jacket and the girl who deals with orders wasn't in until Monday. I would suggest a new stock system because clearly this one doesn't work or there could be another reason! On a positive note did get a nice pair of shoes hence the 2 stars

So impressed with the service from this company and the delivery time was spot on, the DPD driver was very polite, and really liked the fact that you could track your parcel. The commuication by email was also first class, would use them again and recommend to relatives & friends

I bought 2 sale items at a very reasonable price and they were delivered within 48 hours professionally packaged.

Ordered a stone island t shirt which arrived fast. Thackareys provided the delivery address with a gps so that you know where exactly the driver is. Quick checkout will buy from here again highly recommend.
