Decent Site Needs better Communication
Good pricing, however after purchasing never got sent any updates regarding my order and when it would be delivered. Was very lucky my parents were in to take the parcel as if not I would've struggled to get in contact to sort the issues out.

Your order was made on Saturday the 20th of July, was passed to the warehouse on the same day. The order was sent on Monday and delivered Wednesday the same week using our free service with Royal Mail 48 hour tracked. Our shipping page (https://www.thaiboxingstore.co.uk/shipping/) states the following "All delivery times apply Monday to Friday." and this page is linked to on every page on the website. Dispatch emails are triggered automatically to the email address provided on the order and it is not uncommon for these emails to end up in an email accounts spam folder.

Fast delivery and well packaged
I can't comment on the bag given that it's a gift for my son in law and he hasn't received it yet but delivery was quick and the packaging fine. It was his choice so hopefully he'll love it.
