Great villas, awful management
Rented a 12 people villa in Thailand end of August
The villa was identical to the photos and description, very satisfied
On arrival, there was however:
- no water in 2 of the rooms
- no internet
- no satellite tv
Minor details sorted out quickly but not the kind of things you want to deal with on holidays.
On check-out, we were told that the deposit left would be refunded later by bank transfer.
One month after check-out, we didn't receive the deposit refund.
Upon calling we were told that Thailand Holiday Homes staff (M. Paul Hunt) was "too busy" to deal with our deposit issue at the moment.
He added that:
- there were issues with the electrical counter that incurred additional electrical charges
- there were additional charges for late check-in
- he was too busy anyway and would make the calculation on our deposit refund later
Needless to say those charges weren't communicated to us in advance and as of today the deposit refund is still unreceived.
That's definitely not the kind of issues you want to deal with during your holidays.
Avoid this company.
