Now a scam site unfortunately

Now a scam site unfortunately. They take your money but then send you emails once a week asking if you still want the goods as they haven't received payment. They don't reply to any messages you send showing proof of payment etc. Lost my money.

I ordered DXM over 20 times with Thai pharmacy for my parents in Australia. They are ill with Fibromyalgia and it requires this drug. Their DXM pills are small and easy to swallow. One incident occurred when the customs seized my item because the amount of DXM I ordered was a lot. Thai pharmacy refunded me immediately the following day.

If you want to order large quantities of DXM with reliable sites. They are a good choice.

Duplicitous

I do not recommend this pharmacy. I ordered product and waited over 6 weeks, asking Thai Parmacy for occasional updates. They ultimately suggested my order was either delayed due to a postal strike in my country (mail was being delivered nonetheless) or stuck in my country’s customs department, and therefore they would not refund me ‘as per their website re refunds’. I checked with Thai Post but they can only confirm the whereabouts of registered mail up to their airport.
Thai Pharmacy did not provide any proof as to where my order was, yet they use the excuse of ‘stuck in customs’ so as not to refund me, despite the fact their website also states they will refund if delivery fails beyond 48 days. I was also informed by them after I made my order that they don’t ship on direct flights, so who knows where my order went. Choose a different pharmacy.
