quick efficient service

Service was great, from ordering to delivery. If I had one small issue it would be the instructions for putting the stand together. I have several parts left over that were not on the instructions. Guessing they're not too important as it hasn't fallen apart without them. 🤣

I've twice tried to get a return label for my purchase because it's not value for money, it's a rip off! Frying basket does not fit the pan and was given no measurements on the advert, it's too small!
No reply to my requests for return label,not even any acknowledgement,
If you want this pan ,buy it by all means but if you don't like it when you receive it. You will be ignored!

The steamer is a great bit of kit and works a dream, fast delivery, great after sales.
It came with a free gift , a body massager unfortunately it didn't work but there customer service was 1st class and sent replacement asap.
It took a couple of attempts to sort the problem but each time was fantastic response.

Useless customer service. Webpage full of FAQs and guides but no actual direct contact. So they are happy to flog stuff and then never want to see you again! Always check customer service before you buy from anywhere.

Probably the worst Customer Service experience I’ve ever dealt with.
I am looking to return a H20X5 as I changed my mind and upgraded to the HD.
It has been over 4 weeks now with multiple emails to multiple email addresses (as trying numerous options to get in contact with someone)
No UK Customer Service phone number exists. I have arranged a return through the Thane portal with no feedback acknowledgment or return code yet!
I hope I don’t end up with a product I don’t need due to no correspondence coming back from Thane!

My order has not arrived and according to dpd it is stuck in customs since 26th August.

It is a good piece of equipment but the only thing missing was the 2 free wiping cloths but a phone charger lead instead ??

Happy with the product and delivery etc but they have signed me up to an annual subscription that was not made clear to me....then there is ZERO phone numbers or contact details. Cost me £99.99 that i was not expecting!!

I have been charged £99.99 for three years since 2023
I have NOT signed up for any savings account or subscription.
Can some please contact me to sort this out. ASAP

Absolutely crap customer service, I have been emailing for weeks and not one person has called me, my steamer is not working I would not even give it one star

Diagnosed fault from video and email, advised of part I needed, included link to order, sent quickly, fault was repaired. Happy with service and product

It arrived on time

I was lost without my H20x5 steam cleaner. Ordered a replacement body, which came really quickly and was exactly what was needed.
All highly recommended

Makes cleaning my floors so much easier

I still haven't received my items I have checked with my neighbour s to see if they had took it in but nothing has been delivered to my address

I paid for next day delivery. Came 4 days late. Emailed to ask for a postage refund but heard nothing.

Product is great BUT response to emails is poor ALSO having FOUR messages regarding delivery were all wrong apart from the final one does not provide the right confidence in your company
