Thankbox was easy to use, quick to set up, and simple to share with multiple people. The platform is very user‑friendly, making it easy for contributors to add their messages without any guidance or support being needed.

It offers a wide selection of card designs and styles to choose from, which makes it suitable for different occasions such as leaving cards, birthdays, and thank‑you messages. Managing contributions and tracking responses was straightforward.

One change that would be helpful in future would be the option to download the card as a single‑page PDF. This would improve the appearance when printed, as the current multi‑page spread format does not always print as cleanly or neatly.

Overall, Thankbox is a practical and effective digital card solution that works well for teams and groups.

It was a lovely surprise including photos and videos as well as messages

Hadn't heard of thankbox till I got is as a retirement gift from work. It's brilliant!

I have used this site on multiple occasions and great for organisations/teams that are based in different countries. What would be better is the ability to upload more pictures but not connected to a message. I uploaded 3 pictures onto one message and they are quite small, the message doesnt necesarily have to be linked with the photo. Thanks

Really easy to manage the process and lovely options for leaving GIFS etc and making messages personable

So easy to set up and send to people. Easy to use and even easier for the receiver to withdraw the collection money. Would definitely use again.

Pics & Gifs need more updates and quite more allowing business context.

Pics & Gifs being funny and friendship and NOT official or frozen/ aloof/ reserved is important but not being (only) childish or for lovers.

While the thankbox card itself was easy to use and looked good, the fact that everyone that donates to a collection pays an additional fee AND the recipient has to pay a 4% charge to withdraw their money as cash feels like a scam. I wont be using thankbox for donations any longer, and will seek an alternative virtual card option

It was pretty easy and it was made clear that changes could be made at any time.

Also, emails kept me up-to-date with everything and the email sent at everyone who signed the card was a good touch too.

I find Thankbox really easy to use, and love how easy it is to collect messages from people all over the world and to present them to the recipient in such an engaging way. Would recommend!

We recently had an important team member leave our community, so we were thinking of ways to make something special for him. I found Thankbox's website and fell in love with the design and the idea behind it. We were able to add 30 personal messages to his card and make it very special and personal for him. The process has been super easy throughout and the software is very user-friendly. Would 100% recommend and we will be using Thankbox again in the future for sure!!

As a feedback for improvement there could be more animation incorporated in the *card opening* instead of just an option for confetti. Something to think about and explore. All the best!

The cards are very professional and good looking. The software is user friendly. It's very convenient to put together and send a quick thank you people who deserve one. Quick and easy makes it so useful!!!

If there was a way to leave less than 1 star I would . absolutely shocking service we tried to do a thankbox of£5 from UK to cape town as trial to a desperate friend in cape town.all the retailers that were advertised as participants on thankbox website had no idea of the service and were completely ignorant of what thankbox was.from Woolworths, checkers,clicks picknpay none of them ever heard of it and unable to help.tried emailing thank box customer support explaining my problems never had a reply .thankfully I didnt do the £200 money that I wanted to do

UPDATE AFTER BLATANT LIES TOLD BY THANKBOX ON THERE REPLY TO MY POST
they NEVER replied at all to my constant asking for them to reply or even help me to get voucher redeemed.in the end they repaid the original money and tried to blame me for not understanding how it worked

Good service. Wish more fonts and colours for text were available on the standard package (£5).
