I think this is such a great idea when the team you work with are spread over the UK.
A traditional leaving card is always nice to have - however, when it cannot be signed by everyone this eliminates the problem and it also provides more space to write something meaningful if people want to do that.
Brilliant.. I am saving my Thank Box messages, and will print them to keep and look back on.

The platform allowed for a seamless coordination of funds and goodwill wishes from participants across the international lines.

Excellent interface, easy to use and simple - exactly what you want in a platform. Collections and leaving cards/gifts are always a headache to organise - Thankbox takes all of that away at a very cheap price.

Simple process to set up, share, collect and deliver.

Great idea from colleagues at work for special occasion. Easy for people to write their comments. Able to download and save them all.nice voucher that went with it and you can choose out of a selection of companies where to spend it .

Thankbox is a great initiative and replacement of paper leaving card and specially collecting pot of money for gift cards from n number of people.

In a remotely connected world, something like this is more effective in terms of collecting wishes and gift card amount. Really loved it when I used it for one of my colleague leaving the company :)

We had to get a collection together quickly for someone who was leaving work sooner then expected.
Someone mentioned this 'Thankbox'.
Set it up, team leader shared via email to as many colleagues as possible.
48hrs, that's all the time we had.
Collected ,£290 and lots of lovely messages to our fellow colleague leaver.
Absolutely fantastic, our colleague was overwhelmed to know how much he was going to be missed and the admiration / respect we have for him.
He also gets to put the collection towards what ever he wished.
Would highly recommend and will always use this for collections in the future.

This is the silliest, most meaningless thing. Getting an "office card" in the past might have been somewhat meaningful in that people at least put the effort into putting pen to card to write something out (even if it was just platitudes). This takes even less effort, please don't think this is a good idea.

Reliable service. Brings joy to those who receive. Like the options to add GiFs and different Fonts and colours. Easy to use on my phone.

The video uploads was not reliable. When I emailed to ask for tech support they were not helpful. They assumed the upload I was asking about was a different one that someone put up and since it worked they closed the file. When I followed up I got no response. The other parts worked well.

It was only at the point of sending our Thankbox card and gift collection that I understood it is the RECIPIENT who can choose which of your partner provider gift card options they would like, not us sending the gift, so I'd wasted considerable time puzzling over the fact that pre-paid visa cards are not currently available in £, only US$, then thinking we could send a multi-purpose MasterCard. Please edit your instructions and FAQ explanations to make it clear that the sender doesn't need to make any choice of gift.

Thankbox is a great way to send thank you card to someone important for you!
Easy to collect messages from colleagues, many options to enrich the message such as attaching video, and very easy interface from start to finish.
If next opportunity definitely I will choose Thankbox again!

This is so much easier and convenient to get multiple people in different places to write a message versus a traditional physical card. You don’t have to sneak around work trying to get it signed while hiding it from the person it’s for. It’s also a nice secure way to have funds donated and allows the recipient to choose how they want to receive it. This is my new favorite way to get a collective card going.
