Do not buy from here!
I put my house address in, so you should firstly send an email saying it will go to a branch and not the house, and secondly an email when it reaches the branch so that people should know where to pick up the package. Theres no information on the tracking website so stop telling me there is, there honestly is no information there and they made me pay the shipping twice for a problem that’s not my fault.
I’m just really unhappy with this operation and I wish no one else falls for this scam.

The Costumer does not check his tracking ID, we can not controll every delivery, DHL is delivering to post offices or packstations, when the costumer is not available, this is nothing new.
When the costumer contact us after 2(!) weeks the package was already on the way back to us, just check your tracking on time or contact us directly and not after 2 weeks mate, how we will react there?
After the costumer tell us he dont want an new delivery we give him a refund of his order minus the price for DHL delivery, why we have to pay this when you dont check your tracking oder contact us that we can help you?
We dont understand how unfair people can be with giving us one star for things like this, thats sad, we tried always to help our costumers with problmes.

The promised Delivery Time of 1-2 days was not met. If I would have known this, I hadn't ordered there.

we are sorry that you are not happy with your order.
We can not always guarantee that the delivery will be always there in 1-2 days, DHL also is in the delivery chain, we we are not delivering the packages by ourselves.
To five us one star for your hole order is not fair, i think when we dont speak about the delivery time ( that was our mistake) the rest of the order was ok or not?
So please contact us next time directly before you give us a negative feedback, we will always find a solution.
