Sarah and Gordon’s absolute commitment…
Sarah and Gordon’s absolute commitment to the trainee practitioner’s success was top notch. By taking us through a Milton Model’s exercise to calm nerves, reframe perspectives and draw resources from the unconscious mind was a game changer. Additionally, the structure of the assessment allowed practitioners buiid confidence with each assessment stage such that taking on the more complex techniques at the latter stages felt natural. They're are an ALL STAR TEAM. 💯💯💯

Module-Practicalities of Getting Going as a Coach
This session on Practicalities of Getting Going as a Coach was incredible. There was so much valuable content and I left the session with great clarity on how to move forward in my coaching practice. The delivery was uplifting and engaging with plenty of opportunities to work in breakout rooms to add practice opportunities to embed learning. Excellent!

Really enjoyable training with Rachael
I really enjoyed this training led by Rachael. She was a great trainer, warm, funny and inclusive. Some good tips and thoughtful scenarios which Rachael guided us through after we’d had the chance to discuss with others. A module packed with practical tools
This module was so rich with tools and practical tips to help you design a coaching approach that connect to younger clients. Chris energy, enthusiasm and passion for this topic is phenomenal and so contagious. He made me rethink my approach and gave me hope that I CAN carve my path in this sector.

Great experience
Great all round experience with user friendly structure to support all types of learners. The format is great to work around a busy life and offers flexibility that I personally required around my current job. Each tutor brings a different dynamic and level of experience which offers a great insight into the coaching world.
I would highly recommend this course not only do you gain the skills to become a coach you also go through a personal development journey.

I feel let down after my first live module
I had been impressed with The Coaching Academy but two things let them down today.
1. Two factor authentication sends the authentication requests to email but takes several minutes to come through. This is not convenient.
2. There were aspects of the delivery of the first module I attended "live" that really should be improved. For example unclear which "handout" you are referring to at times. Descrepencies around things like page numbers... just poor. There is a more servous concern I have raised formally now as the tutor left the call before this could be raised in the moment.
Could do much better. So much potential
