One of the best modules
It was a highly practical session which helped to embed the learning. Kiki the trainer was an effective facilitator and offered numerous valuable insights in response to questions and input. I didn't give the session five stars because a couple of the models were a little rushed.

It's a great course
A great course to improve self awareness and help others do the same. The skills I gained have improved my personal life and my management skills too
For improvement purposes:
I only wish besides talking about how to deal with limiting beliefs they provided opportunities to practice eliciting and dealing with them in a safe environment without the danger of causing psychological harm when done wrong

A very good instructor / programme lead…
A very good instructor / programme lead who utilised their experiences to good effect for all participants. I leant a great deal from the three sessions which I will use in my own practice and I am looking forward to the next sessions. A great chance to network too.

The Neuroscience Coaching course was a…
The Neuroscience Coaching course was a really engaging and enriching experience. What truly stood out for me was the trainer, Lisa: her facilitation skills are exceptional. She has a rare ability to make complex neuroscience concepts feel approachable and relevant, creating a learning environment that feels both accessible and stimulating.
The workshop itself was well structured, with a clear flow and a good mix of theory and application. As someone with a basic grounding in neuroscience, I would have loved to see slightly more in-depth material within the handouts: perhaps some additional optional content for those wanting to go a bit deeper beyond the reading list.
That said, the overall experience was very positive, and I left feeling inspired and better equipped to integrate neuroscience insights into my coaching practice. Thank you, Lisa, for delivering such a valuable and thoughtfully facilitated course.
