Amazing after care.
We booked an expensive Caribbean cruise with these guys. Everything was great until we could not go due to illness on the day of the outward flight. I won’t mention the cruise line as it’s not relevant to this review. We had no end of trouble trying to get the cruise line to pay anything back. Terms and conditions quoted. However because of the tenacity of the staff at the cruise specialists we are now getting a payment of some of the costs. I cannot thank these guys ( loose term for everyone involved ). It does show that they care about customers unlike the cruise company. Thanks very very much.
Don’t hesitate to give them a call for your holiday booking.

Simply the best
We've had the privilege to cruise over a number of years booking with different agencies. Some time ago we tried the Cruise Specialists and have never looked back. I made a point of using the same advisor and believe that she took the trouble to understand our needs and requirements. She has been outstandingly patient, very well organised and above all efficient and accurate.
I would recommend this company to anyone looking to book a cruise and in particular I would suggest that they speak to my advisor Julie Buchanan who I know will look after them.
