Never buy here

I have ordered the robust Norwegian sweater, which doesnt matches the quality. Normally it should be 100euro, but in discount it was 50,- Euros. Well 1euro is also to much.

I have the feeling the sweater is straight from China. Sizing is not like in the picture. It should be extra tall which is not, and the neck is way wider than in the pictures. It has no label inside or what so ever.

My fould is that i havent checked the reviews. But he website looks great, and i was under impression that the it was located in Amsterdam.

Returning it, the website says it is easy, but it costs money and returning is directly to Honkong. It is that expensive that im not going to try. Advice, never buy here

The are cheater!!

The are cheater!!!
Send me a dirty hoody after 3 month delivery time.
And now they are not refunding the money even i send the hoody on my cost back to them.

Horrible in every way

Horrible in every way.
Had to wait three months for my order, customer service hard to get hold of. Since the company claims to be Amsterdam based I assumed their products would be at least shipped from there, but turns out it’s shipped from
China which meant I had to pay custom taxes for my parcel. Not what you expect from a company that claims to be based in Europe (EU).
The product was also a disappointment. Really weird fitting t-shirt and the print does not look as neat as I does in the pictures on their Webshop.

My only recommendations for this company is: DO NOT BUY FROM
HERE!
This is my worst shopping experience so far. Shame on you.

I waited 1 month to receive my order

I waited 1 month to receive my order, which came from China while the customer service assured me of the quality of the product

I asked for a refund because the deadlines were not respected, they only refunded me the shipping costs which amount to 3 euros

To get the full refund I had to wait to receive my order to send it back to them (and therefore pay the return), to this day I am still waiting for my refund

Literally the worst

Literally the worst
I paid for expedited shipping and it's been 9 weeks and my order has not been processed yet
I asked for the refund - no reply. Essentially, I think thin is some kind of scam. Customer Service is bad.

Still don't have my money back.

Still don't have my money back.. after two months. Also ; I needed to pay for return costs even though I live in the Netherlands because I don't have PayPal (which literally no one uses). This company is absolutely scam.

Worst experience - don’t do it!!!

Awful experience. I ordered hoodies to the US, they took ages to arrive, the quality is really not worth the price and was a huge let-down. Their customer service is actually the worst, they claim to have easy returns if you’re unhappy with your purchase but provide no guidance as to how to initiate the return. They make you pay for shipping it back which from the US costs over $100 to ship back. Would not recommend anyone ever purchases from this store. Worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had.

Awful quality not worth the money

Awful quality, T-shirts are from wish or Ali express, the quality, waiting time and so on definitely not worth the money. It’s insane. As well, as they are not taking any returns while you’re paying with something else than PayPal. Awful awful awful. If I wanted this, I would rather order myself from ali express just for 5 times lower price
