Quick delivery
I lost my veil with roses after being out in high winds, never noticed it come off, so went on the website immediately and bought it again and it arrived in a couple of days, I was so relieved as I really like this veil., no more wearing in high winds though.

Superb Customer Service and Free and Easy Returns
Superb customer service! My order was quickly dispatched and delivery was free, but the best thing was that when I wanted to return the items, the returns process was so smooth and easy using Royal Mail website, and they even paid for it themselves. Free Delivery, Free Returns; didn't cost me a penny. Also, they processed the return within 24 hours of receiving it back. Thank you The Gothic Shop for treating your customers fairly and with respect. I wouldn't hesitate to order from you again.
